Paul TerryPaul Terry has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur and a skilled, hands-on small business owner. He has owned and managed a Bay Area wholesale distribution company, two San Francisco-based retail food businesses, and a computer training seminar business.
In 1983 he founded Paul Terry & Associates (PTA) to offer clients entrepreneurial consulting, business action planning and guidance in transition management. Paul's clients include businesses, non-profits and entrepreneurial training centers, both nationally and internationally.
Paul has been a results-oriented business consultant and a dynamic teacher of entrepreneurship for over 20 years. He has helped design and implement business solutions for hundreds of for-profit and non-profit clients, developed business-related and entrepreneurial curriculums and taught practical business skills classes to over 5,000 students. Paul has lectured on business topics to audiences in California, across the country, and abroad.

Andrea Baker has extensive experience in starting and managing small businesses including Baker Foods, La Fête Catering, Made in California Shops and Geva's Restaurant and was the general manager of the Bread Workshop in Berkeley. Andrea provides consulting in management, operations, and personnel issues as well as project development for new retail operations. Andrea provides the PTA Consulting Team with expertise in personnel, business operations, entrepreneurial training, market feasibility studies and project management.
Patrice Curtis founded a leading edge e-commerce company, and has worked with burgeoning media and NGOs in developing countries. She is the founder of Curtis Research Group and is an author and presenter. Patrice teaches marketing research techniques to entrepreneurs and small businesses in the U.S. and developing countries. For the PTA Consulting Team, Patrice provides expertise in market research, new product analysis and international business affiliations.
Kayleigh Henson has been a small business owner for many years bringing expertise in retail, corporate staging and management oversight for many clients. She also provides accounting and Quick Books support services. For the PTA Consulting Team, Kayleigh is a project manager and provides expertise in strategic reports, case management and accounting support.
Monika Hudson is the principal of The MGT Group, a strategic planning and mediation consulting firm. She works in the public and private sectors, and understands small business issues from both perspectives. As a past City Manager of East Palo Alto and Colma, California, Monika is fluent in local and federal government issues as they are relevant to small business. Monika is also an effective teacher of entrepreneurship and personnel training. For the PTA Consulting team, Monika provides expertise in contract management, new program development and procurement projects.
Bob Steiner has been in marketing, sales, teaching and training for over 20 years. He has managed marketing and sales for AT&T's foreign language and software localization divisions. Bob has his own business consulting and training company in market analysis, marketing planning, sales and marketing strategies. For the PTA Consulting team, Bob provides bilingual Spanish/English support in marketing and sales as well as training programs in sales and market research.
Claude Whitmyer is co-founder of FutureU™, an organizational development firm. As Chief Learning Officer, he provides expertise in virtual teams and e-learning systems for corporations and small businesses. Claude also provides executive coaching and career guidance to small businesses and corporate clients. For the PTA Consulting Team, Claude provides expertise in project management, the use of technology, online curriculum development and personnel training.
CeCe was a passionate advocate for small business development. She was the past owner of an award-winning interior landscaping company and also served as Executive Director of the Northern California Supplier Development Council to assist minority-owned business in procurement opportunities with major corporations and public agencies. For the PTA Consulting Team, CeCe provided business support and expertise in strategic marketing, project implementation and team building. She was friend and mentor to PTA and was instrumental in synthesizing the direction that PTA developed over the last 20 years. CeCe was an inspiration to all who knew her.
