Management Consulting Options

We can help you address persistent business issues, set clear goals, and create a business action plan to take your business to the next level.  We have a variety of consulting arrangements to best meet the needs of your business.

Are  you feeling stuck and in need of practical advice? We can provide you with a business evaluation to “take the pulse” of your business condition. We focus on current business issues and determine areas for improvement. Schedule a business “check-up” to audit how you are doing, look at any gaps, and assess your practical options. You will leave with a “prescription” for next steps. Follow-up sessions are then scheduled to focus on specific issues in greater depth.

Are you grappling with a complex issue and looking for guidance? We can help you address current challenges, assess new opportunities and review financials to plan for business growth. Sessions can focus on strategic planning, financial review and analysis, and/or operations and personnel development. Includes one-on-one consultations, with email support between sessions.

Would you benefit from regular meetings every three months to assess your business development and stay focused on key goals? Schedule a two-hour meeting four times per year to track progress, confirm goals and then set action steps and benchmarks for the next quarter.

Too busy for in-person meetings but want help with immediate business management issues? We can talk weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed to focus on a particular business issue and follow-up tasks. If appropriate, we can schedule an initial or final meeting in-person. Phone sessions are 45-60 minutes and end with a specific plan of action.
