Cleanerific is a cleaning business serving both residential and commercial clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is a for-profit venture of the non-profit organization Jewish Family & Children's Services. PTA provided direct consulting support on developing a successful social enterprise that would be both profitable and socially responsible within a highly competitive environment. PTA focused on financial analysis and specific action plans to help implement improvements in focus and services. PTA also helped revise Cleanerific's business plan.Service Provided
