Feldenkrais Center for Movement & Awareness (FCMA) is an established health and wellness center for the Bay Area. Founding partners Deborah Bowes and Cliff Smyth are experts in their field and carefully expand and manage the existing business at the same time. PTA was able to successfully help the partners facilitate movement into the next stage of their business. We used a feasibility study to analyze new opportunities and financial analysis to help assess new business opportunities. We also used monthly action plans to track and confirm results.Service Provided
