Client description
The Good Life Grocery is an employee-owned, natural food store with two neighborhood locations in San Francisco. PTA has worked with Good Life for many years to help grow their existing stores, expand into new markets, acquire new locations and train employees. We designed a customized training in retail customer service and delivered sessions off-site to all 75 employees. We have reviewed business management systems, hired senior employees, and assessed and evaluated expansion and business development opportunities. PTA works with Good Life during key management transitions to provide strategic planning direction.Service Provided
