Client description
Founded in 2011 by a group of clay artists, sfclayworks offers classes, community space and private studios to the public in a 2,800 square foot facility. PTA consulted with the business partners on growth issues and facilitated a business retreat for sfclayworks' business partners. We reviewed and prioritized key management issues and addressed the future direction of the business. The work also included detailed review of individual partners' perspectives on the business and specific action steps for the partnership to move forward.Service Provided
